I guess it was 50 degrees warmer in Anchorage, Alaska! And it warmed up the next day 50 degrees. And that -23 was without windchill. Brrr.... And I know that is Belvidere. It was about -16 in Schaumburg at that same moment. It feels like spring now with temperatures in the high 20s. ;-)

Okay, not to rub it in... but it's 37F in Fort Collins right now. And the high was 70F today. Seriously.

Yikes! Last night we were down in the low 30s with frost this morning. I covered some of my plants so they wouldn't die. Right now we are 48F with an expected high of 63F. I feel bad for anyone visiting FL in hopes for warmer weather. But hopefully this is the end of our cold snap... two weeks is plenty. :)
